I’m absolutely in love with my hair! Laik perfected the color even better than I imagined, it blends perfectly and looks so natural. I’m not sure where to start!! My whole experience with Thairapy has been absolutely incredible!
My first consultation appointment was concise and clear, with Lyndsay doing an incredible job to ensure I felt comfortable me with the differences between each extension type, and making sure that the pricing was incredibly transparent.
I have never had extensions before and was definitely a little nervous, especially being nonbinary and going for a more stereotypically femme look, but every interaction has made me feel respected and valued.
During the extension process Lyndsay was so kind and crazy quick! I get daily migraine and Lyndsay was kind enough to turn off the lights in the salon for me at one point when it was just the two of us which was SO nice!
Afterwords, Lyndsay followed up to ensure I felt good about the length and amount of hair we had added which helped me feel so confident in my decision!
With the combination of amount of length I added with the variety of color in my natural hair, my extensions could have ended up a bit wild! But Lyndsay crushed it to an extent I didn’t realize was possible! My own family was amazed by how natural the extensions look!
I decided to go in an get a blowout after a couple of weeks, and was paired with the amazing Kayda! With my health I often have trouble sitting still and getting my hair washed can definitely hurt occasionally, but the experience with both Kayda and Lyndsay was AMAZING! Kayda did an incredible job with my hair and I felt like such royalty!

This was my 1st visit to this salon (I followed my stylist), but it won't be my last. It has a fun atmosphere and everyone was so friendly. All manner of drinks were offered. And the wash chair was surprisingly comfortable.
Cassidy is great. I have baby fine/thin hair. It has been a struggle to find anyone who truly understands how to cut and style my hair. Cassidy does a great job. She listens, looks at the my inspo pictures (all of people with much more hair than me), we discuss what's possible, and go from there. She does a great job.

I’ve been coming here for about two years now, and I’ve seen Lyndsay, Skyler, and Makayla (thanks to my last-minute scheduling tendencies 😅). Every single one has been amazing. They really listen to what I want, take their time, and make the whole experience feel professional and relaxed.
What I appreciate most is how much they educate you along the way — products, styling tips, what actually works for your hair type. I’ve honestly learned more about my hair in the last two years than I did in the previous 40. Highly recommend. Oh yeah and they introduced me to Great lengths…amazing!

Such a great experience! Becca was amazing to work with and completely understood what my hair needed. I have fine textured curly hair and was in need of some love and a fresh new style. Becca immediately vibed with the mission and I couldn't be happier with the results! My hair looks so healthy and blended for if I want to wear my hair curly or straight. The salon was super convenient to our home and cutely decorated. I also loved that they use Kérastase products. The price was pretty typical with Portland salon pricing. I can't wait to go back for a color session.

Beautiful salon! The environment is airy, calm and everyone is very friendly. I had Abby as my stylist and she is wonderful! She helped me suggest a cut and color tone that went well with my face shape and skin tone. I LOVE my hair! I felt well taken care of and Abby continuously made sure I was comfortable and happy with the color and cut. This is my new favorite salon and I will definitely be back! Highly recommend if you want to feel beautiful from a beautiful salon!
