Becca was born in California, raised in Las Vegas, and has been calling the PNW home for the past few years, trading desert heat for moody skies and loving every bit of it. With a passion for hair and people, she’s been obsessed with all things hair since the moment she was allowed to dye her own. What started as self-expression quickly turned into a lifelong love.
