The Thairapy PDX Safety & Sanitation Plan

The new Thairapy experience has evolved to include even more rigorous disinfecting and social distancing practices. Check out our Safety & Sanitation plan below to see what steps we are taking to ensure the safety of our stylists and community.

Stylists will use disinfectant proven to kill viruses like COVID-19 before & after every appointment- paying extra attention to high touch surfaces.

Sanitation station will be available and will include hand sanitizer, masks, and tissues.

Our new EPA approved hospital grade UVC light sanitizing wand sanitizes surfaces in 15 seconds. The wand supports our mission of being green, is chemical free & safe for the environment.

Masks are currently optional. Please let your stylist know if you would prefer them to wear one.

Retail will be available for purchase, however we ask that guests do not handle merchandise. If you would like to make a purchase, please inform your stylist and they'll take care of the rest. Returns will not be accepted at this time.

To allow as many appointments as possible we will be strictly enforcing our cancelation policy. Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment.
