RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS

Extensive and multiple salon/spa services may require a major credit card to secure appointments.  If you must reschedule or cancel appointments, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid an automatic credit card charge of 50% of the price of the services reserved. For a ‘no show’, your credit card is automatically charged for the full value of services. Groups or parties must give at least thirty days notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No refund on services provided.

ARRIVAL

If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Your stylist will do their best to accommodate you. We encourage you to arrive 5 minutes prior to your service.

CHILD SAFETY POLICY

Children are only permitted in the salon area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

PARKING

Street parking is available in 90 and 180 min zones. 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Thairapy PDX Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. The value of a Gift Certificate will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission. Gift Certificates must be presented at time of service. Gift Certificates should be used within one year of purchase date.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We reserve the right to change prices and services at anytime without notification. We accept all Major Credit Cards and Cash; but please, no Personal Checks.

RETURNS

Retail products may be exchanged with an original receipt within 14 days. We do not offer refunds or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.

BRIDAL ON-LOCATION POLICY

A minimum of three people is required for On-Location services. Prices are based on venues located within a close proximity to the salon. When extended travel is required, additional charges may apply.
